A non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and it is transferrable one time. If you need to reschedule your appointment for the second time, you will need to pay another 25% deposit.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred one time given your next appointment slot is fixed.
No shows or same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the service and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please notify me if you will be 10 minutes lates, more than 10 minutes late will be considered no show and your deposit will be forfeited.
Down deposit needs to be paid within 2 days of appointment reservation. If not paid after two days, your appointment will be canceled.
